1. About these terms
This website (dwellix.com.au) is operated by Dwellix Pty Ltd (ABN 11 695 579 723, Victorian builder registration CDB-U 102264). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site is general
The content on this site is general information about Dwellix designs and services. It is not a quote, an offer or professional advice about your property. Whether a secondary dwelling can be built on your land depends on council rules, planning controls, site conditions and your finances, and is confirmed only after a site assessment.
3. Images, plans and specifications
Images, 3D renders, videos and floor plans are for illustration only. They may show furniture, landscaping, decking, fencing, upgrades or finishes that are not included in a standard Dwellix build. Dimensions and areas are approximate. Specifications and inclusions can change without notice. Your building contract and its attached plans and specifications set out exactly what is included in your home.
4. Prices, costs and timeframes
Prices and cost ranges shown on this site are indicative only and are not a quote. The final price depends on your site, design choices, council requirements and any variations, and is set out in your building contract. Build timeframes are estimates. They depend on approvals, site conditions, weather and supply, and are confirmed in your contract.
5. Rental, return and property value figures
Any rental income, return on investment or property value figures on this site are general market estimates for illustration only. They are not a promise or forecast of what your property will achieve. Before making a financial decision, get independent advice from a licensed financial adviser, accountant or property valuer.
6. Your building contract
If you build with Dwellix, your building work is governed by a written domestic building contract under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic). If anything on this website differs from your contract, the contract applies. Nothing on this site limits the warranties that apply to your building work under that Act.
7. Promotions
Any promotion or special offer will have its own terms, published with the offer. Unless those terms say otherwise, offers apply to new contracts only, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Using our forms
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share any documents you upload. Submitting a form does not create a contract with Dwellix. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Dwellix name, logo, designs, floor plans, images, videos and text on this site belong to Dwellix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for personal use. You must not copy, reproduce or build from our designs or plans, or use our content commercially, without our written permission.
10. Links to other websites
This site may link to websites run by others, such as councils, government bodies or finance providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
11. Our liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error free, complete or always online. To the extent permitted by law, Dwellix is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
