This service includes all essential documentation and consultant coordination (architectural drawings, site plans, soil testing, engineering, land surveyor reports and site surveys) along with the preparation and submission of all required applications to your local council or relevant authorities.

We also coordinate any additional requirements that may arise during the approval process, including energy assessments (NatHERS), drainage and stormwater plans, Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) assessments where applicable, and building permit documentation. Our team liaises directly with councils, certifiers and consultants, handling any requests or revisions to keep your project moving forward.

Timeframes can vary depending on your project requirements. If town planning approval is required, this process can typically take 6 to 12 months depending on council and site conditions. Where no planning permit is required, building permits can generally be obtained within 4 to 6 weeks, allowing your project to progress much sooner.
