Dwellix 2 offers a reworked footprint with a separate laundry, larger living and a more generous entry sequence. The same façade tiers carry through, with each option drawing on its own material palette to create a distinct architectural identity.

Dwellix 3 introduces an L-shaped footprint with a projecting volume to break up the form and create stronger street presence. Each façade tier reads as a distinct architectural piece while sharing the same liveable, naturally-lit interior plan.
